Terms and conditions

The Cottage is available from 3pm on day of booking, with vacation at the end of the holiday required by 10am.

A holding deposit of £100.00 is required with confirmation of your booking.

Full settlement to be paid four weeks prior to your holiday.

A welcome pack is included in the rental, this would include items such as milk, tea, coffee, sugar, fruit and a small selection of wine and beer.
